Building Stronger Communities
Community Partnerships
We believe in the power of communities and their ability to create positive change.
Our Community Partnerships program focuses on fostering relationships with organizations near our sites through funding and volunteerism. We also offer a matching gift program and employee community involvement grants to support our team members’ philanthropic endeavors and volunteer activities.
Eligibility criteria:
- Located within 25 miles of one of our facilities
- Based in the U.S. and classified as a 501(c)(3) organization
- Provide opportunities for employee volunteerism, such as organizing collection drives or volunteer activities

We strive to nurture an interest in science education among children and young adults (grades 1st to 12th). Preference is given to programs targeting underprivileged youth, as we believe in creating equal opportunities for all to explore and pursue careers in science.
