Suppliers

Sourcing solutions through global relationships

Our global supply chain forms the backbone of our operations as we
develop and deliver products.

Supplier Philosophy

We are working every day to develop and deliver life-enhancing products to the patients and people who need them most. We realize we cannot do this alone.

A complex network of suppliers from all around the globe bolsters our efforts, whether it be through professional services, raw materials, transportation, or technology enablement, to name just a few goods and services Endo procures.

One of our key business priorities is to be a force for good.

When it comes to our supply chain, this means engaging with suppliers who share in our commitment to operating with integrity and delivering top quality products and services.

We also accelerate new ways of working that can improve our productivity and help us deliver innovative solutions for our customers. To execute this effectively, it is important that we have a diverse community of suppliers with whom we can collaborate to help us achieve our business objectives.

Supplier Code of Conduct

We recognize the important role suppliers play in helping us meet our business objectives. Just as we expect our team members to adhere to the employee Code of Conduct, we ask our suppliers to make a similar commitment to operate with integrity.

All suppliers working with or on behalf of Endo are expected to share our commitment to ethically, socially, and environmentally responsible operations and abide by the Pharmaceutical Supply Chain Initiative (PSCI) guidelines, which serve as the foundation for our own Supplier Code of Conduct (“Supplier Code”). We hold our suppliers accountable and evaluate suppliers based on the principles contained in the Supplier Code.

Suppliers shall conduct their business ethically and act with integrity.

Suppliers shall be committed to upholding the human and employment rights of workers and to treat them with dignity and respect.

Suppliers shall provide a safe and healthy working environment for their employees, contractors, and subcontractors.

Suppliers shall operate in an environmentally responsible and efficient manner to minimize adverse impacts on the environment.

Suppliers shall use management systems to maintain business continuity, facilitate continual improvement and compliance with the expectations of these principles.

While Endo works to make its own operations more sustainable, we are also proactively engaging our suppliers to inquire how they can make improvements to support our environmental efforts.

Supplier Diversity

In line with our broader Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) strategy,
our supplier diversity program promotes the use of businesses that are owned by minorities, women, veterans, LGBTQ members, people with disabilities, and other underrepresented groups.

By partnering with a diverse group of suppliers, we believe we will make better-informed decisions that will fuel our future success and expand opportunities for marginalized and historically underrepresented business owners.

In 2022, Endo invested in a full-time internal leader to manage our supplier diversity efforts and added a supplier diversity metric to the corporate scorecard. Since then, the company has increased the number of veteran-owned businesses and Lesbian Gay Bisexual Transgender Business Enterprises it engages by more than 30% and 200%, respectively.
