What brings you to work day in and day out?

The people we serve are at the heart of everything I do. My focus is always on the patients, and to support them effectively, I prioritize building and maintaining strong, trusting relationships with my colleagues. Having been with Endo for over 15 years, I can genuinely say I love the work I do, the people I work with, and the incredible team I have the privilege of leading.

Can you tell us more about your role and the scope of your impact?

I lead our Field Reimbursement Team to help make sure that people can access the critical medications they need without unnecessary barriers. Through our Patient Hub services, I work closely with patients and healthcare provider offices to guide them through the initial steps of obtaining treatment, making the process as smooth as possible. I’m also dedicated to ensuring that our products are prescribed responsibly and in full compliance, ultimately contributing to better patient outcomes.

As a recognized leader within Endo, how are you shaping the leaders of tomorrow?

I focus on developing others first, always striving to enhance the leadership capabilities of my team and mentees. I actively identify high-potential talent, reward top performers, and prioritize their growth by encouraging expanded responsibilities, succession planning, and providing ongoing feedback.

For example, I recently hosted an event featuring successful industry leaders who shared insights about their professional and personal development with members of the patient access team. I believe that by accelerating the development of future leaders, we can create a more inclusive and innovative healthcare environment that benefits everyone.

What is one piece of advice that you would give to someone who wants to advance their career?

Stay engaged in industry developments and continue enhancing both your own knowledge and the capabilities of your team. I’m deeply involved in industry organizations, society meetings, and educational opportunities for physicians and office managers, in addition to supporting MD Fellowship programs.

In the field of reimbursement, I work to improve our understanding through ongoing training and education on issues important to our business. I also develop training sessions for my team to help grow their business acumen and strengthen our connections within the healthcare industry.

I focus on how I can advance our team’s goals and help patients—patients are my north star. I am motivated each day to help Endo fulfill its vision of helping everyone we serve live their best life.
